Ms. Kranze joined Kranze Technology Solutions, Inc. (KTS) as CEO / Controller in April 2010. As CEO / Controller, she is primarily responsible for working with KTS's senior leadership team to establish long-range goals, strategies, plans, and policies. Additionally, she oversees all financial, contractual and human resource aspects of KTS’s daily operations. Ms. Kranze provides internal direction in the areas of back-office functions and company profit/loss and cash flow, as well as external direction, reporting and support to customers, vendors and financial / governmental institutions. Ms. Kranze is also responsible for driving the company to achieve and surpass sales, profitability, cash flow, and other business goals and objectives.
Ms. Kranze has more than 25 years of leadership experience in multiple functional areas. Prior to joining KTS, Ms. Kranze worked for Baxter Healthcare, where she served as the Supply Chain liaison between Manufacturing, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Quality and Regulatory for the Biopharmaceutical Division, which grossed over $2 billion in annual sales. In this role, she was responsible for Project Management, Forecasting, Supply, Product Launches, and managing global relationships with multiple functions. Her career also includes experience in accounting and finance – in both public accounting and private industry. She was a Certified Public Accountant at Peat Marwick Main and Co., where she conducted financial audits. After leaving public accounting, she became the Assistant Controller of an 800-room resort, where she supported senior management, and supervised the accounting staff. Subsequently, she was a Financial Accountant at Montgomery Ward and Company, where she fulfilled the reporting responsibilities required by the Security and Exchange Commission.
Ms. Kranze holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, with a minor in Computer Science, from the University of Central Florida, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude.
