VP ENGINEERING

JASON PAGNOTTA


Mr. Pagnotta joined KTS as Vice President of Engineering in February 2013. As Vice President, he is primarily responsible for the management and oversight of all engineering projects and personnel. Mr. Pagnotta is highly involved in the entire engineering process including system design, integration, and test, ensuring that KTS products meet customer requirements accurately and reliably. He works diligently with both external and internal customers to guarantee KTS solutions are designed to meet the needs of the Warfighter.

Prior to joining KTS, Mr. Pagnotta worked as an IRCM Engineering Program Manager and Systems Engineer at Northrop Grumman Corporation in Rolling Meadows, IL. While at Northrop Grumman, he developed and fielded cutting edge IRCM Infrared sensor technology with the Navy, Marine Corps, and Air Force. Additionally, Mr. Pagnotta designed novel Hostile Fire and Missile Warning detection algorithms currently in use today on rotary and fixed wing aircraft.

Mr. Pagnotta holds Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Cornell University. He has published and presented multiple papers on IRCM threat detection in journals and proceedings. Additionally, he holds two President's Leadership Awards and four New Technology Awards from Northrop Grumman Corporation.
